Once logged in your meter should start moving 'after' each video you watch. Furthermore, the 'meter' will NOT move if you are not logged in OR reached your daily WIN limit. Your WIN limit could be substantially less if you are sharing your IP address (home or work Wifi network) where other users are also watching SBTV OR are sharing your login with other users or on other android devices simultaneously.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
We pay for all shipping that originates in the United States. Simply print the shipping label and attach it to the front of your package. If you are shipping from Canada or the UK, or would like to have your package tracked or insured, then you will need to make your own shipping arrangements.
How do I know you received my package?
You will receive a "Package Received" E-Mail from our partners at BRE Software. This message will be sent to the E-Mail Address as entered on your transaction. Please watch your Bulk/Spam folders as these messages are sometimes misrouted by your ISP, spam software, or E-Mail program.
Can I trade in Import Games?
We only accept North American/NTSC games/consoles, and we DO NOT accept European/PAL games. If you do not know what type of game you have, chances are it is the NTSC if you are in the US or Canada and PAL if you are in the UK.
How long until I receive my Swag Bucks?
If you are using the pre-paid postage label provided on the confirmation page, it will generally take approximately 4-6 weeks from the time your package is sent to the time you receive your Swag Bucks. Due to the way the post office processes the pre-paid postage labels, packages sent using these labels take an additional 3-5 working days to get to us.
Can I send in broken games/consoles?
You can send in broken games and consoles, however there is no guarantee you will receive any Swag Bucks. If you send in a broken console then it's possible there are parts or accessories that still work, and we will gladly award you Swag Bucks for them.
Do I need to have the box and/or instructions?
No, but you won't receive as many Swag Bucks for the trade-in. You will be shown two different prices for each game - one will be with box and instructions, the other without box and/or instructions. If you choose the first option with box and instructions but either is missing when your game is received then you will receive a reduced amount of Swag Bucks.
Can I trade in PC or Mac Games?
At this time we do not accept PC or Mac Games for the Video Game Trade-In program.
Can you send me a shipping label? Mine won't print.
Unfortunately we cannot send you a shipping label if yours does not print. You don't need to use the shipping label we provide, however if you don't then you will need to cover the cost of shipping.

How do I determine the condition/edition of my book?
- Brand New books must be in perfect condition to be considered new. This means an
unbroken spine, no writing or highlighting, no bent or dented corners, no scratches on the
cover, no torn pages - basically, no wear or damage to the book whatsoever.
- Used Books must be in at least "good" condition. A used book is considered in good
condition even when it contains highlighting, notes, or other markings (with the
exception of study guides, workbooks, and law books, which must be clean). However,
books must be generally clean in appearance with no torn or missing pages and with the
cover in good condition. Used items that originally contained CDs, software, or other
supplemental materials (also if unused access to online resources, study guides, etc.) must
be sent with the textbook. The spine of the book must be intact and in good condition.
Books with broken spines and loose or missing pages will be discarded and will not be
bought back.
I'm given the choice of different editions to the same title. How do I know which edition I have?
- US Edition Textbooks: These are the most typical books you find and include paperbacks, hardbacks, textbooks, and non-textbook items.
- International Edition Books: Sometimes softcover, these books may have "ISE" printed
on the spine, or the front cover may contain "International Edition" markings. This
information will also appear on the title page of the book.
- Complimentary Textbooks / Free Copy / Sample Textbooks: These books are
considered USED. We can only pay the used price even if the book is new. This is
standard throughout the industry, as we cannot resell the book as new. They will
contain markings or imprinted stamps displayed on the front or back cover, such
as "Complimentary Copy," "Free Copy," "Instructor's Edition," or "Not for Sale."
Please note that books marked "Instructor's Edition" with all answers to even AND odd
questions are considered annotated and will be checked in and paid at the annotated
edition price.
- Annotated I nstructor's Editions: These are often marked as "Annotated Instructor's
Edition" or "AIE" and usually contain answers and/or instructor's notes.
- Eastern Economy/Low Price/I ndian Edition Textbooks: These books are a subset of
international edition textbooks that are commonly softcover, printed on cheap paper, and
contain only black and white photos and illustrations. Please note that we do not buy back
Eastern Economy/Low Price/Indian Edition textbooks.
How do I trade in an edition other than a US student edition?
Enter the US student edition ISBN and choose the correct edition from the drop down menu to the right. If there is no drop down menu, we're not currently purchasing that edition.
What items are not accepted?

Why did I receive an amount lower than the amount quoted to me?
Swag Bucks paid are based on the condition, edition, and ISBN of the book when it is received in
our warehouse. If the condition, edition, or ISBN received does not match what you've submitted,
your quote will be adjusted. Please give accurate information about your book and pack your
shipment well. Once you send your books, they cannot be returned for any reason. Our staff tries
to be as lenient as possible with every buyback book we receive, and we like to buy as many
books as possible. If a book requires minor repair to a sellable condition, we will make the repair
and the price paid will be slightly adjusted. We try to be as liberal as possible
when checking-in the books. A sturdy box may make all the difference in how your book is rated.
What happens if I send a book that you do not buy back?
If you send a book that we do not buy back, the book will be recycled. Some examples of books
that we do not buy back are water damaged books; books with damaged bindings (e.g., pages
loose, missing, or falling out); defective books; and books wth torn/taped covers, law books or
study guides/workbooks with any highlighting/writing.
If the value of your trade in is over 600 Swag Bucks we will provide you with a prepaid and
trackable shipping label that you can print out from your computer. Delivery Confirmation is
included with the label, so you can verify that the item successfully arrived at our location. The
cost of this label is billed to us, so you never have to worry about it.
What if I can not view or print my shipping label?
Please be sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If you do
not have this software you can
obtain a free copy from Adobe.
How long does the entire process take?
After your buyback order is received, it usually takes 10-14 business days to check-in your books
plus an additional 21 business days to issue Swag Bucks payment. During peak buyback periods,
processing may take longer. Peak periods are usually late December through January and late May
through June.
What happens if the items are damaged in transit?
We will grade the books we receive in the condition received and make any necessary adjustments
to the amount paid. We cannot pay you for items that arrive bent, mangled, torn, or otherwise
dismembered. TextbooksRus.com will not pay you for books we do not receive. Damage incurred
during shipping does not happen very often. However, every time we've received a damaged
buyback it's been due to woefully poor packaging.
How do you determine prices?
Pricing is based entirely on demand. We can usually beat your local college bookstore on price,
since your bookstore will only pay you a low wholesale rate unless they can immediately sell the
item. Additionally, we have the largest buyback catalog on the web, so we can almost always
make an offer.

How do I update my account information?

What if a survey encountered a technical error?
We strive to ensure the best survey taking experience for our members, however there is always a chance that a technical error may occur. If your survey encounters an error, rest assured that our team will be investigating the issue with a focus on getting our members back up and running as soon as possible.
Why did my survey disqualify me before I finished?
It is very frustrating to invest time and effort into a survey then get opted out mid-process or especially at the end of an interview. Please understand that each survey serves a specific purpose for each research company that we work with. For example, if an answer you provide is not consistent with the criteria related to qualification, then your survey data will be excluded from the final results and will not be saved. As a result, the survey will end.
These sudden exits are not always based on your demographic information and can be based on a set of responses you provide during the survey. Some surveys will ask you the same question twice to make sure that you are paying attention. Conflicting answers will cause the survey to end. The best way to make sure this does not happen is to pay close to the surveys you are completing and being as honest as possible.
In what cases will I NOT receive Swag Bucks for doing surveys?
You will not receive your survey reward and your member account may be closed if you engage in any of the following activities:
- Register by providing false or misleading information.
- Provide false or misleading information in our surveys or profiles in an attempt to qualify.
- Demonstrate inattentive behavior such as speeding through a survey or entering information that is ineligible.
- Create multiple accounts.
- Complete a survey more than one time.
- Forward your invitation to someone else, unless directed to do so.
- Complete a survey well under the average length of interview as recorded in our system.

How do I change personal information associated with my account?
To change any personal information related to your Swag Bucks account, you will need to go to the Account Details page of the My Account section. Once there, you can change your email address, password, and physical address.
How do I change my security question?
Your security question is in place to prevent others from compromising your account. We will ask you the answer to this question in the event that we need to confirm your identity as the account owner. Once this answer is chosen, it cannot be changed under any circumstances, so make sure you remember it or write it down.
How do I change my Swag Name?
Swag Names are permanent and cannot be changed once selected.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you forget your password, simply enter your registered email address in the log in box and click "Forgot My Password." You will then receive an email with instructions and a link that will get you securely reconnected. Please check your bulk folder for this email, as your email server may mistake it as spam.
How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, simply visit the Account Details page of the My Account section and select the Cancel My Account link at the bottom of the page.
Why is the total of Swag Bucks on my home page lower than the total on my account details page?
The home page occasionally lags behind your account details page. Don't worry; it generally catches up within 24 hours. Until it does, just know that the total on the account details page is the correct one.

This feature is case sensitive, so please make sure you are entering the captcha (security code) in the same case that it is displayed. If you are having a hard time making out the 3 letters displayed, feel free to hit refresh and you will be provided with a different configuration.
There is a place to enter a "Swag Code" on the registration page. What is that? Do I need one?

Why do I have to verify my account?
We need to make sure that you are a real person with a real email address. We do this by sending you a verification link. Before you can redeem any prizes or enter any Swagstakes, you will need to verify your account. To do this, please check the email address you registered with for a message from us. Within this message will be a verification link that you will need to click to verify your account.
I never received my verification email. Why not?
If you do not see the verification email in your inbox, first make sure you have spelled your email address correctly, then check your spam filter. In order to ensure that only recipients of the Swag Bucks newsletter can apply the Swag Code contained therein, it is necessary to place a time limit on the Code's redemption. Typically this limit is at least 24 hours from the time of email delivery. Reading your newsletter immediately upon receiving it is the best way to ensure your Swag Code will be active.
Prizes
I don't see a prize in the Swag Store that was there in the past. What's going on?
Many of our prizes are limited, so if we run out, we take the prize down from our site to avoid confusion. Just because a prize runs out doesn't mean we won't be getting it again in the future, so make sure to keep checking the Swag Store for current available prizes.
Why do I have to verify my prize order? What does the prize status "verified" mean?
After you order a prize, we will send you an email with a verification link contained in it. Until you click this link, your prize order will be listed as "not verified." After you click on the link, your prize order is considered verified and shipping begins (within the quoted ship time).
How are gift cards from the Swag Store delivered to me?
Most gift cards from the Swag Store are e-gift cards. These prizes are delivered to the "My Gift Cards" section of your account within 10-14 business days of prize verification.
Where is the e-gift card I ordered? When will it show up in my account?
E-gift cards take from 10-14 business days from the date of verification to be delivered to the "My Gift Cards" section of your account. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
How do I use the e-gift cards in the "My Gift Cards" section of my account?
E-gift cards can be used by visiting the website that the e-gift card is for and entering the gift codes when prompted to do so (usually during the checkout process). The value of the gift codes will be applied to your order.
Where is the prize I ordered? How long will it take to get to me?
Physical prizes take approximately 14 business days from the date of verification to ship out. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays. After your prize shipped, it can still be as long as 2 weeks before you receive your prize.

When will I get my Swag Bucks?
For most offers, Swag Bucks are instantaneously deposited into your account immediately after you complete an offer. If an error occurs during the completion process, do I still get my Swag Bucks?

Can I apply for the same offer twice? What if I complete through a different service or in another application?

Products and services subscribed or purchased through here are all from third-party advertisers. To cancel or unsubscribe from these offers, you will need to contact the advertisers directly. How long will it take for my Swag Bucks account to be credited with Swag Bucks?
The majority of offers will credit your Swag Bucks account within 20 minutes. However, the estimated wait time varies from offer to offer. How do I contact customer support?

How soon will I get my Swag Bucks?
Most surveys and offers reward you instantly on completion. However, some can take hours or days, especially if the offer involves shipping or an application that needs approval.
An offer's status is 'Opened' from the time you've selected it until the time the advertiser reports to us that it is completed.

According to the Support page, one offer was not paid out due to multiple completions. Why?
According to our records, you or your household have completed this offer multiple times. As described in our Fair Play Rules, more than one completion of the same offer will not be credited with multiple rewards.
When I click an offer, the page is completely blank or doesn't show up at all. Why?
Your computer may be using an ad blocker that prevents some of the offers from being displayed correctly. You should disable all ad blocking software while using our service. How this is done depends on what specific software you are using.
What's an ad blocker and why do I have to disable it?
An ad blocker is a program on your computer that prevents popups or banner ads from being displayed. Ad blockers come in many shapes or forms, for example as browser plugins, as standalone software or as part of your internet security suite.
Some of the offers found on our platform may not be displayed correctly or fail to show up at all when you have an ad blocker enabled. Thus it is necessary for you to disable all ad blocking software installed on your computer before taking part in SponsorPay offers.

How do I get Swag Bucks for using your coupons?
Swag Bucks are only awarded after a coupon that you print from our site is
used in the store. It can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks for the Swag Bucks
to show up in your account. If over 12 weeks has passed and your bucks are
not showing, please contact our customer support.
What do I need to print a coupon?
Our Coupon Printer technology sends the coupon directly to your default
printer, so a printer is required to complete the coupon printing process.
You also need administrative permissions to install the Coupon Printer
application onto your computer. This means that you need the appropriate
level of permissions to install software onto your computer. Some work
environments and or shared computing environments (public library or
Internet cafe) may not allow you to install the Coupon Printer.
Why do I need to install the Coupon Printer?
What type of computer operating system or Internet browser do I
need in order to use the Coupon Printer?
Coupon printing is currently supported on Windows Operating Systems Vista,
XP, and 2000 when used with Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox 1+, Netscape 8+,
Chrome, Opera, Safari and most MSN and AOL browsers.
If you are unable to print when using an MSN, AOL, or Compuserve browser,

Can you mail or e-mail me the coupons?
The Coupon Printer sends the coupon directly to your printer, so we don't
need to send you anything to start saving. Please check with your preferred
manufacturer if there are offline offers available in lieu of a print-at-home
coupon.
Why did I get a "Print Limit Reached" message when the coupon
never printed?
This message appears after you have attempted to print the same coupon
too many times. In most cases, your coupon was actually sent to the default
printer and is waiting in the printer queue to be printed. To resolve this issue,
adjust the default printer as necessary and attempt to print another coupon.
Unfortunately, coupons sent to the wrong printer or an offline printer cannot
be re-queued to another printer.
If you encounter a "Print Limit Reached" error message on a manufacturer
website, its coupon promotion may have ended and the coupon may no
longer be available.
I stay on the "Sending to Printer" page and the coupon never prints,
what do I do?
If you have multiple printers or have a fax machine connected to your
computer it is likely that a default printer has not been set. To assign a
default printer, follow these steps:
1. Click Start -> Control Panel - > Printers and Faxes. You should see
your printers listed.
2. Right click on the printer you wish to print from and select "Set as
Default Printer."
If you have a default printer set and you still stay on "Sending to Printer"
page, try to print the coupon again using a different Internet browser.
Why can't I see the actual coupon before I print?
Our secure printing platform never displays coupons on screen, but directly
prints to your printer. Please ensure that your default printer is turned on
and has paper and ink or toner. Coupons cannot be printed to a fax machine
or graphic format like a PDF. Please ensure that your default printer is set to
print to paper.
I uncheck "Keep Printed documents" option but it does not remain
unchecked, what do I do?
This issue has been noted by some users of Brother brand printers. In order
to keep the box unchecked on a Brother printer please change the following
settings:
1. Click Start -> Control Panel -> Printers and Faxes -> Right click your
Brother printer and select "Properties."
2. Go to the Advanced tab -> Print Processor.
3. Change the settings from "BRMFC" print to "Win Print" and set the
default to "raw."
4. Click Apply to apply your changes.
5. Go back to your printer settings in Control Panel and uncheck "Keep
Printed Documents."
Why do my coupons print without any barcodes?
You may be attempting to print the webpage itself and not the coupons.
Please follow the steps discussed under the topic: "How do I print coupons

How do I install the Coupon Printer?
Windows
1.
Click here to install the Coupon Printer.
2. Click on "Run" to start the installation process.
3. If available, you may be offered the option to select the "Coupon
Printer" or "Coupon Printer with Coupon Bar" you may choose to select
either one and click next.
4. You must agree to the license agreement in order to complete the
installation process.
5. Once you see "Installation Successful", your coupons will print directly
to your printer.
Why am I prompted to install the Coupon Printer repeatedly?
If you are using Internet Explorer, your Coupon Printer may have been
disabled. Please follow these steps to print your coupon:
1. Open your Internet Explorer Browser.
2. Go to Tools -> Manage Add-ons -> Enable/Disable Add-ons.
3. In the drop down menu select "Add-ons previously used by Internet
Explorer".
4. Look for "Cpbrkpie Control" under the Name column.
5. "Enable" it if it is marked as "Disabled".
6. Restart Internet Explorer and print your coupons.
Why does my computer not recognize that the Coupon Printer is
installed?
If you are using Internet Explorer, the ActiveX control for the Coupon Printer
may have been disabled during installation.
1. Please look for the ActiveX bar (also called the Windows Information
Bar) which may appear across the top of the web page.
2. The Windows Information Bar may show this message: "The previous
webpage might require the following add-on: 'Couponprinter.ocx'
from 'Coupons Inc.". Click here to allow it to run..."
3. Click on the Windows Informtation Bar and select "Install ActiveX".
This will allow the Coupon Printer in Internet Explorer to print coupons.
Why won't my coupons print from work or the public library?
If you are trying to print coupons at work, the library, an Internet cafe
or University, you may not have administrative permissions required to
download and install programs onto the computer you are using. This may
be true even if you've downloaded and installed other files or programs onto
this computer. If you are unable to print coupons from a shared computing
environment, please contact your system administrator for more information.
If you have a home computer, you may find it easier to access and print our
coupons there.
Why does my antivirus software warn me when I download the Coupon Printer?
It may be that your Antivirus settings are high and blocking the installation.

What can I do if I am behind a Firewall and unable to install the

administrator. If you have a home computer, you may find it easier to access

How do I uninstall the Coupon Printer?
You can easily uninstall the Coupon Printer by using the uninstall option in
the Coupons program group.
1. In Windows, click Start -> Coupons -> and select Uninstall Coupon
Printer.
2. When the wizard appears, click Uninstall Coupon Printer.
3. If necessary, you will be prompted to close any open Internet
browsers.
4. Once the wizard completes, the Coupon Printer will be removed from
your computer.
I am not able to uninstall the Coupon Printer and see the
error "Uninstall data file missing" what can I do?
It may be that your Coupon Printer was not successfully installed or
uninstalled. Please reinstall the Coupon Printer to make sure that all the
required files for uninstalling are present. Once you have done that you can

Get great savings by adding coupons to your Savings Card in three easy steps!
- Register on your retailer's website, then add your Savings Card to your user account.
- Visit our gallery of Savings Card coupons and select the coupons that you would like to add to your Savings Card.
- Print your coupon list so you know which products to buy at the store.
When you enter your Savings Card number at checkout, the savings will be applied automatically to the applicable products that you purchase.
What operating system or web browser do I need in order to save coupons to my card?
Saving Coupons to Card can be done on all versions of Microsoft Windows 7, Vista, XP, Server 2003, and 2000 when using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher, Netscape Navigator 8.0 or higher, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Opera, and most MSN and AOL browsers.

How do I add coupons to my Savings Card?
You can visit the Savings Card page to view all the available coupons and just click on the coupon "Add to Card" button to add it to your savings card. If you are a first time user, you will need to register and add a Savings Card. Click on "Sign me up" in "New Member Sign up" section to register.
How can I tell if a coupon has been added to my Savings Card?
You can view a list of all of the coupons that are on your Savings Card by clicking on the "What's On My Card" button that appears at the top of each Savings Card coupon page. You can print this list for your next visit to the store by clicking on the "Print Coupon List" button.
Why am I not able to add a coupon to my Savings Card?
You will not be able to add a Coupon to your Savings Card if you have printed that coupon or if you have already added it previously.
f a coupon says "Added," it means that you have already added it to your Savings Card. Some coupons appear in both the printable coupons and Savings Card coupon galleries. If a coupon says "Printed," it means that you have already printed that coupon and you won't be able to add it to your Savings Card.
Some coupons can only be used at a particular store. If you try to add a coupon that cannot be redeemed using the Savings Card(s) already added to your account, you will be asked to add a card for the store(s) where it can be redeemed.
You can view a list of all the coupons that are currently on your Savings Card by clicking on the "What's On My Card" button that appears at the top of each Savings Card coupons page.
Which one of my store Savings Cards will the coupon be added to?
When you click the "Add to Card" button on a coupon, it will load the coupon to all applicable Savings Cards associated with your account.
How long do I wait before I can redeem my coupons at the store?
Coupons are activated quickly and are usually ready for use within thirty minutes of adding them to your Savings Card.
Why was I unable to redeem my coupon at the store checkout?
Please ensure that you have picked up the same product (size, quantity, and model) mentioned on the coupon offer. If the product matches the description on the coupon and the discount has not been applied please contact us with the coupon details.
Can I print a coupon that has been added to my Savings Card?
Once you add a coupon to your Savings Card, it will stay on your Savings Card and you will not be able to print it.
How do I remove a coupon that has been added to my Savings Card?
Once you add a coupon to your Savings Card, it will stay on your Savings Card until you redeem it at the store or it expires.
How do I get started with a Task?
There is no need to request our approval before participating in one of our tasks. All you have to do is accept the task and start working. Instructions are provided at the top of each task.
I have completed this task when will I receive my Swag Bucks?
Typically, there is a slight delay between submitting your answers and receiving your reward on our tasks. Swag Bucks are generally credited within an hour of completion but do not be alarmed if it takes longer. If you do not see your task credit within 72 hours please click on the 'Send Feedback' button on the Tasks page and email us there.
Why are we doing this if you already have all the answers to the questions?
When you participate on a task, your contribution is sent directly to real-world organizations that use this information to improve maps, filter offensive content, conduct academic research, and even save lives. It is therefore very important that you contribute high-quality responses. These tasks exist because we do not know all of the answers. The answers that we do know are used to help train honest participants, and filter out dishonest participants.
My task took longer then the estimate, what are you going to do about it?
The task requirement is an estimate based on how long it took us to complete the task on our computers. We have found that loading times vary significantly based on which browser we are using, and we highly recommend using the most up-to-date version of
Mozilla Firefox or
Google Chrome for the best possible results. If you find that we significantly underestimated the time it takes to complete an offer, then please let us know using the blue "Send Feedback" link above and we will reassess the task's length. Unfortunately we will not be able to credit you extra for tasks that take longer than the estimate.
It looks like there are more tasks available for this task group, and my work has been accurate. Why can I not continue?
For various reasons, our tasks set an upper limit on the amount of responses a single worker can submit. Very few participants ever reach this limit. If you do reach this limit, then please be aware that it does not reflect poorly on the quality of your contribution, and you are still free to work on any of our other jobs.
The system says that I am banned/flagged etc, why is that?
This can happen for a number of reasons, if you have submitted more wrong answers than our accuracy threshold will allow multiple times, it can sometimes result in banning/flagging from a single job or from our jobs in general depending on how many times you have been banned from individual jobs. If you feel that you have been wrongly flagged, please click on the 'Send Feedback' button on the Tasks page and email us there.
If I leave the task, can I pick up where I left off?
If you have cookies enabled, and do not close out your browser, you should be able to pick up wherever you left off. If you do close your browser you will not be able to start where you left off.
Can I complete a task multiple times?
Yes as long as you start from the task menu.
What happens when I click the 'Give Up' link?
Giving up will allow you to choose a different task. The work from the previous task will be discarded.
Training mode is the first thing you will encounter when starting a survey. This ensures us that you are paying attention and if your accuracy falls below 75% you will be disqualified. The task will not begin until training mode is complete.
How do I find my participant number?
If you are working on a task, then you can rest assured that your contribution is completely anonymous. As a result, we cannot find you in our system unless we obtain your unique participant code. Otherwise, please contact us via the blue "Send Feedback" button at the top right of the task interface. This is always the best way to reach us in any situation, as it automatically gives us your participant number, a link to whatever task you were working on, and displays any questions you have missed. This information allows us to resolve your questions much more efficiently.
