Does anyone know if it can be used in store?

The Whole Foods website says you can use an egift card by printing it out or showing it on your smartphone. As long as they can see all the numbers on the printout/ smartphone screen to enter it at register, it should be fine. I was thinking of buying a gift card for $10 in store or wherever and then just transfer any egift card info to that one real life gift card since they never expire. I'm not sure about the transferring stuff though. I assume you can; like on a starbucks card you can transfer funds between cards and load egift card funds onto another card. I do know Whole Foods has auto reload option, so transferring should be an option.
