Fitness Routine, I've learned from my older relatives that if you just keep moving that's the way to go. When you're 60 or 70 or 80 will you REALLY still go to the gym and lift weights? I doubt it. But you'll still be walking the dog or climbing steps to do laundry or working in the garden or mowing the yard or playing with the kids/grandkids or window shopping or...

I walk most days, averaging around 4 miles per day. I add in workout videos and stretching routines with a small bit of weights whenever possible.
