My husband is retired and I am on disability, so our income is low, not low enough to get government assistance but low enough that we have to really watch our pennies. Swagbucks has given me the ability to help with gift cards for Christmas gifts and some transfers to Paypal for groceries. I decided to save all my Swagbucks and let them accumulate until we really needed to cash them out. I play many of the games, answer surveys and always attempt to complete my daily to do list. My most rewarding moment was when our 14 year old self propelled lawn mower finally took its last mow. The self propeller gave out for good. We had been saving for a new battery operated electric mower but we were about $225 short of the $549 price. That is where my ah-ha moment came into play….SWAGBUCKS to the rescue! I had earned enough swagbucks to transfer $250 to PayPal, which would cover the cost of the new mower. Rather than going to the brick & mortar Lowes, I jumped back on Swagbucks, hit the shop button and Lowes was a 3% cash back offer. I ordered our new mower on line to get the 3% and our order was ready a few hours later. THANK YOU Swagbucks for helping make life a little easier.
