What you’ll need:

Paint brushes
Watercolor paper
Mod Podge

  1. Gather existing watercolor paintings or create your own using watercolor paper and liquid watercolors. For the tie-dye look, Kate suggests wetting the paper with water first and then applying the water colors.
  2. Once the paintings have dried, cut them up into triangles of various sizes.
  3. Get our your canvas and paint the top white (if it is not already).
  4. After it’s dried, lay out the triangles in the position you desire. Glue and glaze them down with Mod Podge.
