The excitement of qualifying for surveys, giving your opinion about brands, products and services can bring out the best of us. Naturally, your excitement and enthusiasm makes you want to share your latest findings with your friends and fellow Swaggernauts on Facebook as well as other social media channels.  We encourage you to continue sharing your likes, dislikes, successes and failures, however we want to remind you about the sensitive nature of sharing particular details about the survey topics you’ve engaged with online with Swagbucks.

In many surveys, there are new ideas, products or services being presented.  You may not believe it but the Swagbucks community is often the first to see a new, innovative product or the next big blockbuster movie trailer before the general public. I’m sure you can appreciate the sensitive nature of this matter and why we need to make this announcement.

We ask that you DO NOT share survey information on social media.

Survey information includes but may not be limited to:

  • Survey number
  • Survey content

This request does not come from us, but rather our market research partners. Sharing survey information, even while done completely innocently, can jeopardize the integrity of the research being conducted. At Swagbucks we want to ensure that our market research partners are receiving the highest quality survey responses in order for us to continue to offer many more survey opportunities and of course SB earning opportunities.

Here’s an example: Let’s say you just completed Survey #12345 about an upcoming Superman movie. The following posts would be inappropriate:
“I just took a 100 SB Survey about the new Superman movie”
“Survey #12345 credited for 100 SB”
“Survey #12345 about Superman movie for 100 SB”
An example of an acceptable post would be:

“I just earned 100 SB on a Gold Survey”

If we find that users are posting sensitive survey information on the Swagbucks Facebook wall or other social media channels we will kindly ask you to refrain from doing so and hide the post. However, if a user continues to share sensitive survey information we reserve the right to disable your ability to take surveys on your Swagbucks account.

We thank you for your cooperation, and of course, if you ever find a problem with a survey, whatever it may be, please contact our Customer Service and we will do our best to fix the issue.

-Team Swagbucks
