What is the Hallmark Cards return policy?

Items can be returned for 90 days after purchase as long as they are new/unopened and unused. All returns must have a return merchandise authorization before being shipped back. Items sent without the RMA number will not be accepted. Online items cannot be returned to the stores. Items that were shipped to the store and picked up are still considered online orders and also cannot be returned to the store.
