Smart and Sexy allows unworn items to be returned for up to 90 days. Some items, including items that have been worn, final sale items, and others are restricted from being returned. The company will make a final decision after inspecting items. Items that fail to meet standards for returns will be destroyed for health reasons. Customers have the option of choosing an Instant Rewards return which will be the full amount, available on a gift card code or a cash refund which will not include the cost of shipping and will have a small restocking fee deducted as well.

What shipping methods and details apply to Smart and Sexy orders?

Smart and Sexy ships via USPS with two options including First Class, and Two-Day Shipping. First Class is a $5 flat rate for orders up to $40 and free for orders over that amount. Two-Day Shipping is a flat rate of $30. Shipping is only available for US customers at this time.
